  2. Find in this call searches what was said.
  3. Translate the transcript into another language.
  4. The transcript. Every line, who said it and when. Click one to play from there.
  5. Tonet's summary, marked AI draft until someone edits it.
  6. Sources. The moments the summary is based on. Click one to jump there.
  7. Next steps that were agreed on the call.
  8. How the call got there: the line, who it rang and who answered.
  • At the top: ← Calls, one line saying what happened, then the date, time, line and talk time.
  • Buttons: Call (or Call back after a missed call), Share, and ⋯ for downloads and Report a problem.
  • On the left: the recording, and the transcript under it.
  • On the right: the Call review with Tonet's summary, the voicemail if one was left, Who this is, and How the call got there.

Owners and managers can open every call. Administrators and regular users can open their own calls and their teams' calls. Anyone else gets Could not load this call.

Move to the next call

Use ‹ and › next to ← Calls to go to the newer or older call. Click the count in the middle (like 3 of 16) to choose which calls to step through: Mine or Everyone, and the Day, Week or Month of this call.

Play the recording

  • Click ▶ to play. Click the speed (1×) for 1.5× or 2×.
  • The two bars show who talked when: your side on top, theirs below, grey while the phone system (a greeting, menu or queue) was talking. Click anywhere on them to play from there.
  • Next to the names, each side's share of the talking.
  • Marks above the bars point at moments: a next step, a price said, a transfer, or both talking at once. Hover over one to see it. Click it to play from just before.
  • Line good, Line fair or Line poor says how the connection was. Hover over it for details. When it wasn't good, a Connection box shows loss, jitter and delay. Click What it means.

Keys: Space plays or pauses, ← and → move 5 seconds, J and K jump line by line.

If a call has no recording, the page says so where the player would be.

Read and search the transcript

The transcript shows each side's words with their times. As the call plays, the line you hear is lit up and the transcript follows it. Scroll and it stops following. Click Follow to pick it back up.

  • Click a line to play from there.
  • Type in Find in this call to find words. It says how many were found, or Not said.
  • Click the copy icon to copy the transcript.

Card numbers, social security numbers and PINs said on the call are hidden in the transcript and in what you copy or download. Phone numbers stay.

A transcript is made from the recording after the call, so calls with no recording have none.

Comment on a moment

Hover over a line and click Comment. Type what the team should know about that moment. Type @ to mention someone. The people on the call and anyone you mention get a notification in the bell. Comments, and notes written during the call, show in the transcript at the moment they're about.

Translate the transcript

Pick a language in Translate, above the transcript:

English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Tagalog, Hindi, Arabic, Chinese, Vietnamese, German or Swedish.

The translation shows line by line, with Translated by Tonet AI. Click a line to play from there. Show the original switches back. The call's own language is marked · original.

Translation uses Tonet AI, so it needs Tonet AI on for your account.

Read Tonet's summary

The Call review box shows Tonet's summary of the call, marked AI draft. It reads Edited once someone changes it.

  • Sources lists times in the call. Click one to jump to that part of the transcript.
  • Tags from the call show under the summary.
  • Next steps lists what was agreed. + Task makes a task from one. When a time was said, + Calendar adds it as an event.
  • Note is the note from the call's review.
  • Edit opens the review to change it. Only people who were on the call can write the review. Once someone saves it, only they can change it.

While Tonet works, the box says Tonet is writing the summary…. Summaries need a recording with enough conversation and Tonet AI on for your account. See After-call review.
