Click to call and highlight to dial

• Click to call: click a phone link (a tel: link) on a web page and Tonet calls it. Works in Chrome on Mac and Windows.
• Highlight to dial: a small Windows program. Highlight any number on your screen and press a key to call it.

Both place the call from the Tonet dashboard. Keep dashboard.tonet.ai open and signed in, in the same browser.

Turn on click to call

1. Sign in at dashboard.tonet.ai.
2. Click your picture at the top right, then Click to call, then Turn on.
3. When your browser asks, allow Tonet to open phone links.

Now click any phone link. A tab opens for a moment, passes the number to your Tonet tab, and closes. The call starts right away.

If a phone link doesn't call

• Check that a Tonet tab is open and signed in, in the same browser. Without one, the link's tab closes after a second and nothing is dialed.
• Check that your browser lets Tonet open phone links. In Chrome, go to chrome://settings/handlers and make sure dashboard.tonet.ai is listed under tel.

Turn off click to call

Click to call is a setting in your browser, so you turn it off there, not in Tonet. In Chrome:

1. Paste chrome://settings/handlers into the address bar. You can also get there from Settings › Privacy and security › Site settings › Additional permissions › Protocol handlers.
2. Under tel, next to dashboard.tonet.ai, click the three dots, then Remove.

Phone links no longer open Tonet. Phone numbers inside the Tonet dashboard still call through Tonet.

Highlight to dial (Windows)

1. Download Highlight to Call. It's a Windows program (.exe). There's no Mac or Linux version.
2. Open it. A small window called Highlight to Call by tonet.ai opens and stays on top.
3. Highlight a phone number anywhere and press F6. Tonet calls it.

To use a different key, click the Hotkey box, press the key you want, and click Set Hotkey.

• Leave the window open. You can minimize it. Closing it quits the program.
• It dials the digits in what you highlight. If there are none, it says No numbers found in selection.
• It opens the call in your default browser, so keep Tonet open and signed in there.
